HealthCurrents MOVE – 15 Minute Workout (No Equipment Required!)
Are you looking for a workout that can be done whether you have a gym membership or not? This HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout will get your blood pumping without equipment.
Goal: Perform each exercise for 30 second intervals, repeat three times for a 15 minute workout. Add weights, time and/or more repetitions to give yourself more of a challenge.

4. Hand Walks
6. Plank Walks
7. Hand-Release Pushups
